Hello everyone. As we talked about Cooking Expanded yesterday, today is the time to show the infographics from the Plants Expanded and what comes with that mod.

I hope you will all enjoy it, and rest assured, the mods entered public testing today on our Vanilla Testing Expanded server.

The fruit tree's don't happen to die in cold weather do they? I love the tilled soil mechanic immensely. Also wanting to ask if you're aware of the mod [SYR] Universal Fermenter and have developed around it with the whole cooking expanded project.

Fruit trees don't die in cold, they also don't magically disappear when harvested either - yes, they do take a year to grow, but then each time you harvest it, some percentage of the tree still remains. We haven't used Universal Fermenter, we have our own system for soups and cheeses, but we plan to use fermenter for our Brewing module - Syrchalis is on the team with us! :)

Is there any difference in nutrition between the grass and tall grass? And colonists will not collect grass when it will be mature?

I like how you balanced tilled soil. How much work is it per tile? It should take some noticeable amount of time somewhere around fine flooring work time, I think. Also, what about the pear trees? There are as big as apple trees, but don't block wind and can be grown under roofs. I get that you wanted to add gameplay variability, but it seems so constructed here.

Except this is a different breed of pear trees - they are barely human sized, nothing compared to the giant apple trees. As for the soil tiling, we are still testing it but I can already tell you that it won’t take as much time as fine flooring - we don’t want it to become a long term unnecessary chore - it’s important to keep it balanced so it’s still appealing to people, especially it’s not something that will stay there forever - people need to plow the soil every time they plant something.
