Of course those around you could take pity and temporarily disable your censors for you, but the propaganda has done it's work and most folks sincerely agree that the censors are truly what's needed~
Obviously you were able to meet the extreme requirements to make your participation in the program mandatory... And since everyone in your immediate circle agreed it was for the best for you, none of them were willing to disable the censors. So now you've found yourself in the red light district, wallet full of cash, desperate to find someone you can bribe, or at least pity you enough...
