Not 100% sure, but I think Ojiro's (Tailman) room was also a dig at a running joke in the community that he's basically the most average guy (some people say boring but I think just average is more accurate).

I forgot how bad Mineta can be sometimes... ugh. also the buffering/lagging isn't getting any better and it only happens when videos are uploaded to patreon itself is it possible we could get a vimeo link in the description as an alternative in the future? because Vimeo always worked for me and if I'm unable to watch your videos without stopping 4-5 times while waiting for it to load then I'll have to go back to youtube and unsub from your patreon, even though I'd like to continue watching full length

it's the only PC I own and I don't watch stuff on my phone, so a different device is hard I'll try a different browser next week and see if that helps, isn't the first time that chrome has problems with patreon videos for me

I think the other big thing to note with Bakugo in that scene is, not only did he want to pay Kirishima back, but he also knew that making everyone laugh via Kaminari would break the tension. Something for which he probably blamed himself since it was a rescue mission on his behalf.

I don't mind Mineta too much specifically because everyone in the show does not endorse his actions and tries to hold him back from doing things whenever possible. But I can understand people not liking him. If people in the show ignored his actions, then I would probably dislike him much more, honestly.

My interpretation of Bakugo making Kaminari the fool wasn't as a distraction to pay Kirishima, but to boister the spirits of his classmates. They were just scolded for his sake and he knew they needed cheering up. That's why Aizawa says the line about they just needed to blow off some steam.

Yeah, I also interpreted it as that because aside from the few on the mission, who would even know what the money was for even if they saw it. I saw it as Bakugo feeling a bit bad that they got in trouble to rescue him so he wants to lighten the mood by grabbing the class clown for a quick laugh.

Season 7 sub starts may 4, so I’d assume dub is going to be early June or early July if previous record is an indication

I think when Bakugo got everyone to laugh at Kaminari he was also trying to make them feel better? Because they all just got reprimanded for saving him, so he felt a responsibility there. If it was just about paying Kirishima back he could have done it any time others weren't around.
