Really like this episode, lots of great scenes! Li Ming and Heart really steal the show in scenes like the ones they had this episode. I think it's great because they have all the right typical ingredients in a tv show to make a dramatic relationship or something between them, but they don't. It's simple, innocent, young, just two people who really like and get each other. The problems are outside of them, not within their relationship. I really wish Jim was more sympathetic after the stuff with Heart. You would think that seeing his nephew, who always is upset, in a bad mood, short-tempered, seeming to actually care about something would make him see how important this was to Li Ming. I like the conversation between Alan and Wen at the shop. I do feel a bit defensive of Alan in a way, because (even though he's a bit crazy at times) I don't see how you WOULDN'T have hope. I mean you are living together, sleeping in the same bed, have had sex more than once after breaking up, I mean can you really blame Alan for thinking they had a chance? I feel like he was holding on, thinking Wen was too, then felt like he got whiplash when Wen was suddenly sleeping with and seeing someone else. But it's still a two-way problems, I just feel a little worse for Alan in the situation. One thing about filming, just cause I don't want you overly disappointed, Li Ming and Heart's actors were underage when this was filmed, so there are some "limitations" on what they allow young actors to do, just due to Thai production standards and stuff. Not definitely not saying nothing will happen, but just something to keep in mind. Also, I forgot to mention a few episodes back, Jim's ex was Dan's actor from Only Friends. He looks super different to me in this. Maybe it's just the glasses, haha

It looks like Moonlight Chicken started filming around July 2022. Only Friends I think was filmed early 2023, and started coming out August 2023. I do know that the Nick and Dan actors were spotted filming the short stair scene while the show was already airing. So I don’t know if it was a reshoot, or maybe they shot the scenes with Dan and Nick much later for some reason.
