First and foremost... Thank you so much for watching these episodes, and for creating such marvelous reactions for them for me, in spite of you being sick, Jessie. I truly appreciate all of your continuing efforts.   The Devil's Share- Thank you so very much for your incredible reaction for such a phenomenal episode, Jessie!!! I absolutely love this episode so much!!! It's easily another of my favorites, and it's without a doubt... one of the very best episodes of the entire show! And Reese is absolutely phenomenal throughout this episode, as is Jim Caviezel!! It's because of episodes like this one that I love him as an actor so much!! Kevin Chapman as Lionel Fusco is absolutely fantastic throughout this episode as well, especially in the end when he fights and just destroys Simmons. But I also really, really love when Lionel talks to is therapist in the flashback about the meaning behind the Devil's Share, and seeing just how proud of himself he was for avenging the innocent rookie cop who had bene killed by the scumbag he himself then kills in turn. Absolutely brilliant!! A small part of me also can't help but cringe a little throughout this episode as well. Those of us who watches this show, know and love Reese because he's a good man and a hero fighting to save as many lives as he can to make up for the sins of his past. And he certainly isn't the monster he believes himself to be. And yet... Throughout this episode, we actually see a very real darkness in Reese as he seeks out vengeance against the real monsters responsible for Carter's death. And Reese is scary. However, he's just absolutely incredible throughout this episode, and I absolutely love him!! I feel absolutely heartbroken for Reese, because he's currently so lost. Also... Root is absolutely fantastic throughout this episode too! Especially in the moment we see her take out the Russians also coming after Alonzo Quinn with two guns in hand. Shaw's sentiment about her doing so being pretty hot... I completely agree. Amy Acker nails this role perfectly! And I love your Root t-shirt, Jessie!! I really love Finch and Shaw throughout this episode too. Especially as Finch seeks out Reese merely to save his life. All of them are deeply concerned for Reese, which really shows how far their friendships and partnerships have grown from season one. I love that Finch will do whatever it takes to save Reese. And even though Reese has fallen down a darker path against his wishes for him, Finch's concern is still more for Reese. And I especially love how Finch tries to remind Reese of the good man he is, by telling him assuredly that Reese saves lives. And he does! I am so happy that you can still see that Reese isn't a bad guy, just because he really was going to pull the trigger to kill Quinn, were it not for the gun being absolutely soaked in poor Reese's blood. So good! :) I love how Fusco is the one who finds Simmons in the end and fights him to get his own payback against Simmons for Carter. I love, love, love Fusco's speech about how Carter had been one of those who has saved him from being the corrupt cop he used to be before Reese enlisted him to work for him and Finch, and then Carter too. And I love that while Fusco wanted to kill Simmons, he fought through his hate for the man and arrested him instead. Brilliant! And of course... I absolutely love, love, love the very end between Elias and Simmons, as Elias talks about how he knows that Carter never really liked him, but that he liked her very much because she fought for justice and never allowed herself to become corrupt. Like you... I too feel that she did like Elias as well. I think she just couldn't understand why, given that he is a criminal and murderer, and because he also once kidnapped and threatened her son. And I loved their complicated friendship. And while it's somewhat disappointing that Simmons doesn't get to rot in prison for all he has done like Carter would have wanted, I still really love that Elias has Simmons killed through his own right hand man... Anthony, also known as Scarface, thanks to Reese giving him such an appropriate nickname in more ways than one. This scene is incredible, and it's the perfect ending for such a phenomenal episode like this one!! I love Enrico Colantoni as Elias!! He's brilliant!! And the music all throughout... Sensational!!! I especially love, love, love the intro to this episode with Johnny Cash's song, Hurt, playing, while Reese is fighting to live inside of the library upon him having been shot up badly himself, everyone is mourning the loss of Detective Carter, and our heroes are seeking out Simmons, taking down a number of other criminals along the way. I absolutely love it all! :) And lastly... I absolutely love the meaning behind the Devil's share, as it means that all the evil people in the world will surely receive their comeuppance. Fusco's explanation behind this episode's fabulous title is absolutely perfect and brilliant!! Thank you so much again for your reaction, dear friend!! This episode certainly feels quite different from all the rest of the episodes throughout this show, which allows for it to stand out among all the rest. And it's absolutely fabulous!!! I love how it starts off with the sounds of Reese heart monitor as he's struggling to survive after the shooting, then ends with Simmons' heart monitor upon him flatlining. Brilliant!! I can't wait for many more reactions for Person of Interest from you to come!!! Thank you, Jessie!!! Sincerely, Heidi

Jessie Dobbie Reactions

At first I was ont he side of having Simmons sufefr in jail too! But I also feel like if he stayed alive it would've been too dangerous. He has so many connections to too many corrupt people and I feel like it would've been too dangerous to keep him alive!
