omg the emmett/ted/debbie storyline this episode had me cackling! this is one of the funnest shows ever sometimes i swear. you never know what these characters are gonna say or do and the actors fully commit and it’s just the most fun time. and then we get to the ben situation and it’s so heartbreaking. i can only imagine the pain and fear he’s experiencing. knowing the guy who infected him died of the same disease he gave him when he was sick not too long ago. i don’t blame him for wanting to protect himself in any way he can even if it’s not the best choice he should be making. oh yeah i love that even though they aren’t together anymore we still get brian/justin interactions. i would have been miserable to go from scenes for two seasons straight to getting nothing. and i loved their moments this episode. no offense to ethan but i don’t blame justin for being bored out of his mind around his friends. compared to the gang, they were seriously dull and pretentious. i think justin misses the fun which is why he had to go check out the carnival. i did love that he had that one moment of being himself with ethan’s friends when that guy was like “so you’re not just a pretty face” and he shot back what he did. like yes baby! you tell him. only brian would raise the center over $100k and have them pay him 20% lol he made them way more than they ever could have without him and made bank himself. that’s why i love him. he’s so good at getting what he wants but also doing some good in the process. like at pride when he marketed that drink for the homophobe for work and got him to make a donation to the marriage initiative because it was important to lindsay. and finally lindsay and melanie having another baby! the way they skipped over how exactly the doctors made it possible for mel to have a baby was a choice but i’m just glad they got here and mel gets to experience it this time. as for the father lol i love that both brian and melanie are disgusted by the thought of having a kid together so it’ll be interesting to see what they decide going forward. i always giggle at “now let’s go piss off some heterosexuals”
