Michael is a jerk about Justin with this whole situation. I 100% agree with you. Like even with the comic store scene last season, Michael was being mean. There is a difference between standing up for your friend and just being mean and cruel to someone. I agree with everything you are saying about the Justin and Brian situation. I think I'm a little more ughh about Justin cheating, but I also understand what happened. Brian had so many opportunities to fix things and just didn't, out of anger, out of fear, out of jealousy, idk, but he could have and didn't even try. It was one of those situations that spiraled really quickly. There were lots of hints of Justin looking elsewhere and how Brian was changing a little, but then they both just went full out, Justin blatantly cheating and Brian completely being cruel. But... I don't want to say anymore, lol... it's hard to remember what I thought in the moment without knowing everything else. On the other hand, I love Ben. Lol, every comment about him that you had, hahaha. Ben's maybe my favorite character on the show.... idk, it's so hard to pick with such a great group of complex characters.

had a busy day so only just got the chance to watch this in full god michael pisses me off so much in this episode! how dare he say that saving justin’s life wasn’t worth it and he should have left him lying there. i’m sorry but he deserved that punch. that may be the worst thing a character on this show has ever said and it still makes me seethe to this day. saying a teenager should have died because he dumped your friend? that’s the lowest of lows and the way everyone yelled at brian for it! i know they don’t know what michael said but fuck that scene pisses me off so much. like i’m sorry but i would have done worse than a punch. i’m so very conflicted on ted and emmett. i just don’t know how to feel about them as a couple. i love their friendship so much but them together just feels weird to me. the “bye…bitch” when ben hung up the phone makes me giggle. the way he delivers the line and it coming from ben is just hilarious. i definitely did not miss the weird brian and michael dynamic like in the club scene with the making out? it’s just odd. no thank you. that ending scene with brian destroys me a little every time. but it’s nice to see the breakup having this kind of effect on him. i think it’s important for him to really experience feelings and what he lost and what he really wants just like it’s important for justin to experience a new relationship just to explore a different perspective and dynamic and see if it’s what he imagined it would be.

What makes the Brian and Justin situation hard to swallow, for lack of a better word LOL, is that it's not like Brian is a bad person. Brian is just an idiot and set in his ways, but he's not a terrible garbage human, so Justin cheating on him feels so sad and icky. Like is Brian sucked and was flat out cruel to Justin then I'd be like you know what he asked for it! lol

I think it's interesting that everyone at the party went right to thinking that Brian was at fault and Michael was so innocent, because typically that would be the case lol But this time Michael was 100% at fault!!
