I will be so disappointed if Pauly isn´t fired or generally completely miserable by the end of the series. He definitely deserves to be fired for all the stuff he has pulled already. Glad Valerie punched him. Pretty sure Tom really has an issue. He is relatively nice to Valerie, and there isn´t really a reason for him to actively remove himself from the situation.

I did some research into the whole Oscar situation and learned that Chris Rock has been ridiculing black womans hair for years and making anti black jokes towards them and on top of the chris rock and the smiths don’t like each other and rock has make previous jokes towards them at the oscars before.

I'm not surprised he has made jokes about the Smith's in the past since he is such a big comedian, he's made a lot of jokes about a lot of people since it's his job and that's also Oscars tradition, but I'm not familiar with him ridiculing black woman's hair. I'm actually really surprised to hear that because about 10 years ago he made a documentary called "Good Hair" specifically to educate himself on that topic because he has 2 daughters. So if he actually does have a history of doing that then that would be pretty crazy considering. Regardless, what Will Smith did was assault. It's sad that people with as much fame as him still don't understand how they could be using their platform in a way more positive way. Instead of hitting Chris Rock he could've spoken about how serious Alopecia is during his acceptance speech, which most likely would've benefited a lot of people from being someone who has that to being someone who knows nothing about it. We need to educate, not use violence.
