They were not trying to "make us think" that Mary and Jekyl were together, Jekyl literally sent Hyde to try and convince Mary to go out with Jekyl.

ANDREW WAS ROBBED!! "I don't like it" *Flashbacks to the tenth doctor* I feel like Hyde is more sensitive than he appears... "You can't just lock me up here like one of your objects!" sounds ALOT like "So I'm no more than another stolen relic, locked up here until you have use of me?" ...remember how once upon a time (hehe) I mentioned I had a crossover ship between Belle and Loki? Yeah...that line reinforced that lol I kind of am in love with Hyde now.. Tbh, I looked up his actor because I wanted to know what else he's been in and OMG! He is a Star Wars legend! He's currently the voice of Darth Maul in multiple medias, as well as the voice of Palpatine in Rebles season 4. He was also the Son in Clone Wars! Oh! He was in Book of Boba Fett! ooo, he was in Supergirl (I remember that character...I hated myself because I found him strangely hot as well...) He was in RIverdale...and yeah just a lot of Star Wars... I can't right now...I'm busy fangirling don't mind me! I kind of like Hyde and Mary I must admit, I was expecting Rumple to punch Hyde, not stab him rofl. Omg, the Jekyll twist! I love that! Omg RIP Hyde. I like Jasmine so far. I like the actress who plays her. Growing up Little Mermaid was my favorite and I wanted to be Ariel. Right now I think Tangled is my favorite movie. It's interesting that the Evil Queen keeps trying to show that Regina still has the darkness and that you can't break away from it no matter how much you try. And with Jekyll that the capacity for darkness is still in her...but I think that they are going to show that the Evil Queen that, just like Regina, she has the capacity for good as well.
