Ok, a lot to talk about. First of all, remember Edwin being startled by a creepy doll in the Lighthouse episode? Now you know why! I don´t think you recognized the lady on the staircase? That was Maxine, Jenny´s crazy date! So yeah, she definitely deserves to be here. You also met Despair again! She was from Sandman, she is one of the Endless and one of Dream´s siblings. She is also Desire´s twin. And now that Edwin is "friends" with Despair that´s just yet another reason why I need DBD cameos in Sandman, and a season 2 announcement. I have to say it again, I love the Cat King! Surely he knew that Esther would be angry with him if he disturbed her plans. And yet he did it anyway to save Edwin! And he literally died because of it! I love how smitten he is with Edwin. And even after dying he still tried to stick up for him and told Esther to leave him alone! I don´t think the Cat King is particularly super powerful. He is not weak, but not a match for Esther. I feel like he is more of a Trickster-type character, like Loki. He is ressourceful, but not necessarily the best in a direct confrontation.
