November 2022 Status Update + Teaser (Patreon)

Hey everyone. This is just a short post going over what's happening with some of my stories at the moment.

Knight of Corruption is continuing as normal, with a chapter every 2 to 3 days. Really nothing exciting to report on that front. I hope you're enjoying it.

I Am the Lord-Mayor has been put on hold. Having reviewed it and thought on it, I've concluded that creating a story with this premise needs much more careful consideration, worldbuilding and research. That is to say, there will be a rewrite sometime in the future because I still like the concept and want to see it through.

In terms of plans for it. The new version will be more detailed, incremental and focused. I've already done a significant amount of planning and documentation with more to do. 

This might take a long while to finish, so in the meantime...

A different, shorter story will be taking it's place. This is currently still in planning and being prewritten, which is a difference in approach to my other novels. I'm planning on keeping it on the shorter side of around 100k words - if there's demand for more than I'll write a follow up.
