Apologies if I promised Kiriko or Shizuka before I put Kaede on the list; I couldn't remember what order the honorable mentions were in so I just picked one at random. >_>;

Anyway, I'll be trying to put the poll request thread up tomorrow with an announcement of how the new rules for suggestions will work.

Unfortunately I'll need to throttle the ability for certain tiers to make requests somewhatto make it work, but I'm going to try to leave a chance for it.

Anyway, I'll explain it later or tomorrow; whenever I get around to typing up the new rules.
