At the beginning of the episode, the man giving speech to the agents of the ISB is Wulf Yularen. Yularen was the admiral who served alongside Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka during the Clone Wars animation series and he also appeared in Star Wars Rebels with Grand Admiral Thrawn and Thrawn told Yularen that Kallus is the rebel spy. Yularen was played by the actor Malcolm Sinclair in Andor and Yularen in Clone Wars series was the voice of Tom Kane.

It came across to me that Clem was more than just Maarva's friend, he was her husband/partner and Cassian's adopted father. So morbidly ironic that Clem was hanged, and then Cassian was also "hanged" by that KX droid who misunderstood "hang on to this one for me". Goes to show that even if you try to disengage and not fight the Empire eventually they'll get you without even trying to.
