Lost 5x15 | FULL UNCUT Reactions (Patreon)

On Amazon, this episode is titled "Lost 5x16" because they added 2 recap episodes this season. We were going to start watching Season 6 on Hulu, but many of you advised us to stay with Amazon. Thanks for your input! There is another recap episode coming up that we already watched, but there are no more recaps in the series after that (from what we have been told). Thanks all!

Also, this episode will stay 5x16 on our Google Drive since that's the number Amazon told us it was, but the titles should tell you what episode it is truly.

Hi, guys. I know you said you switched to Hulu for the next season. but just wanted to ask if we can get the actual season finale next week instead of the clip review amazon says is 5x17 which it isn't.

Although I don't know what Mackenzie is referring to with Hulu, I do agree with them that although Michael Emerson does a fantastic job narrating it, and the producers do a good job providing commentary, it really would be pointless for you guys to watch yet another clip show which is listed on Amazon as 5x17. Feel free to watch in spare time if you have the time. For a reaction I think it's unnecessary. The next episode and Season Finale of LOST Season 5 is NOT "A Journey in Time", it's the two part episode after that. Skip "A Journey in Time".

I believe Mackenzie is referring to the fact that Amazon, where our intrepid reactors watch LOST, is the only streaming service that lists the clip shows as part of the series, inserting them with the wrong episode number, and Hulu doesn't do that, and Hulu wouldn't do that for the sixth season, but there are no recap episodes for the LOST sixth season anyway. Storm, Kim, and Tom already saw "A Journey in Time," at least it served as a refresher, but the downside would be if they waited yet another week for the finale and thus Amazon inserting the special kinda interrupted the flow of the story for those who watch weekly, Amazon just thinks people can binge it or skip it.

Oh I see. I didn't noticed that part at the end of this post about Hulu yet. I thought he meant they said that in this reaction video. So how do you know they watched the second recap episode? They watched "A Journey in Time" when people already warned them in the patreon comments after the last recap episode(Story of the Oceanix Six) that another was coming up? 🤔

I would say PLEASE DON'T switch to Hulu! There is absolutely nothing wrong with watching Season 6 on Amazon. There are NO MORE clips shows. Hulu has both the wrong(HEAVILY edited, missing key character arc completing scenes!) and right versions of the Series Finale listed on their site, in that order. If Storm read the titles and descriptions, and looked at the thumbnails I'd trust her to pick the right version of the episode, but since she doesn't, and I respect that choice in order to avoid spoilers, the risk of watching the wrong version of the finale is simply too great on Hulu!

Hi everyone and thank you for your feedback! We actually watched the next recap episode before this episode premiered here, so unfortunately that will be up next time. However, thank you for telling us about Hulu! We will be sure to do Amazon when we watch Season 6. I find it so surprising that these different streaming services really messed Lost so much... I wonder why they felt the need to alter episodes and add recaps as episodes. Anywho, thanks for sticking by us while we push through the 'filler' episodes on Amazon. I'm glad there are no more recaps after the next one! :)

Yay! Nothing wrong with watching the second recap episode of course. I just figured Tom would get a bit bored. 🥱 I think it's actually a bit better than the first.
