Mace died being the hero he wanted to be in real life.

Great reaction. While not quite as hard as the least episode, what with Fitz murdering in cold blood and Daisy being tortured, this one is still tough. Mace's death is possibly one of the most epic in Agents of Shield, but he had so little time in the show. We did get Trip though, which was such a pleasant surprise. Plus, when you think about it, these episodes are quite interesting. Just how someones life may change based on one tweak of their history. Then to have all those changes collide against each other and watch the world change fundamentally. Pretty cool. One thing I kind of liked, is how Coulson is pretty much the same. He took to storming that building like it was noting. Looking forward to the next.
