Hi everyone! We had to watch this in parts because of how long this was, so expect part 2 tmrw! There will also be a combined FULL Reactions video available soon if you want to watch the whole 4 hours with us in one go :)

I honestly enjoyed this movie more then I thought I would. It felt rather fun truthfully. I think it was Snyder’s best work with DC. It’s shame things went the way it did, I feel the Justice League films(and these films specifically) would’ve made for a solid trilogy.

I think Steppenwolf and Darkseid are far more scarier than Thanos. Thanos talked alot Darkseid is more a to the point villan . They improve on Batman 1000x over . He actually does more in this than Batman v Superman. It really is Cyborgs movie the kid has enough heart for alot more Justice League films.

So, I think the ladies are a little confused with Cyborg's origin in this universe. I haven't seen the second half of this myself yet so maybe they go more into it. But the other movies actually hint at what I'm about to explain. Cyborg was an accident. His father was experimenting with the motherbox to keep him alive. He wasn't trying to create a superweapon using his son or anything like that. While experimenting, the motherbox created what Cyborg is right now. That's why he's so powerful. He's beyond anything humans are capable of creating on their own.

I can understand why youse would’ve liked the singular, origin movies to be out first, although Aquaman is over 2 years old rn. But you are experiencing that same disappointment that we all felt when watching the 2017 version.

The movies interesting so far but.. it feels slow. And the akima family seem confused, and I’m not gonna lie, I’m sort of lost in it as well. I’m just thinking “what are all the other characters doing while all this is happening?”. I mean, how’s Batman, wonder women not seeing all this happening? Batman’s suppose to be this genius but he has Alfred doing everything, and just casually finding the characters and meanwhile no confrontations with these alien beings things that were all sent out to find the cubes. It’s exactly what Storm was said, all these things are all happening too much and too fast. Like so far, I’m not into the characters or invested with what’s happening. There’s not enough character build up. They really should’ve made all the movies before this film. Batman, Wondermen, Cyborg, Flash and more of story behind these extraterrestrials. I wanna see Batman be Batman, but he hasn’t really done anything so far. I liked flashes scenes because he’s bringing some sort of humorous to the film even though some of it feel forced. This movie so far feels way too serious. Anyway, I hope it gets better in the next half!

Oh man, I should've waited for the full reaction to this movie because now I'm left waiting for the next part. That's okay though, this is a very long movie and I completely understand why breaking it into parts was needed. I'm excited for Part 2!

Really excited for the second part of the reaction. As someone who wasn't the biggest fan of Batman V Superman, I absolutely love Zack Snyder's Justice League. It does a fantastic job fleshing these characters out and takes its time developing the story.

If Victor's dad hadn't have done what he did then his son would have died, I don't think he gave it much thought other that "doing this could save my son's life". Then after he merged him with the mother box and saved him, he could study him and see that as a side effect of the actions he's taken, its give Victor all of these abilities. So it's not rushed, it's just the way it's happened.

Also the whole "they should have had their own movie" argument doesn't really work in this instance as for characters like Cyborg, Flash and Aquaman, this is their stepping up moment, they are the unexperienced members of the team. If there had been solo movies in between then they would most likely have already overcome some sort of villain meaning they would have sufficient experience with their abilities. Them finding their feet with their powers and the team is kind of the whole point of this film. Yeah it's different from what Marvel did but why would you want two franchises like this to follow the same blueprint, I my opinion they approached things in a different way here in order to keep it fresh and I think it works, only in this version of course.

This movie is an over bloated mess. Sorry guys. I'm a DC fan (comics), but this film and a lot of the other recent DC films have been confused, and choppy at their best.

100% agreed, I don't hold it against them since all they know is Marvel but it's a different studio with a different direction. It's one man's vision across three films, his story takes off with Superman's arrival on Earth and how it affects everybody around him. I bet by the end of the movie they'll have different opinions, hopefully lol
