I have to say, I love the Netflix Marvel crew, but I still can't justify Danny Rand. I never read the comic, but I'm guessing in the comic he acting like an impulsive hothead. I think the thing that has always bother me about him, like a sliver under the skin you just can't remove, is how his character doesn't make sense. He's this guy who has live amongst monks who dedicate themselves to meditation and exploration of their chi's his whole life. He spent all that time training to be their greatest warrior, passes all the tests to become the Iron Fist. Yet flies off the handle all the time, runs headlong into situations without any strategy, and surprisingly gets into trouble when fighting all the time. He totally doesn't mesh with his back story. But the defenders are awesome, except the episodes need to be longer. That ended way too quickly. Now another week until the actual fighting begins. Ugh. ;P

Omg, I totally agree with you! I do like Danny Rand, but his character doesn't make sense exactly how you said it! I went on a rant one of our reviews about that! Thanks for this! :)
