OMG! Could it be?! Mom has joined us for this reaction?! XD

Mom actually pressed she wanted to watch this. A few friends of mine have seen this and thought Mom could handle it. Mom also heard it had to do with slavery and thought it was important to watch. She is so awesome!

There was also so much more I wanted to say about this film.. and while editing as was like- You forgot to mention so much! SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE- Anywho, we should of talked a lot more about Leonardo Dicaprio's performance in this as well! He was amazing as a villain and easy to despise. Samuel Jackson's makeup artist was great too! I loved the way this was filmed so dramatically with comical zoom ins. Django at the end posing with Calvin's outfit was just a masterpiece! Love this movie so much!

With Mom?! 😳😳 Not only a Quentin Tarantino movie but his most violent movie yet, in my opinion 🤣 Excited to see this!

I actually didn't care for this film, but I totally get why other people do. Just not my cup of tea. I haven't enjoyed a Tarantino film since Death Proof, which I love.

jf_lametta

Good to know it's not just me, although it's been a while since Ive seen this one. Couldn't get through Hateful 8, and haven't even watched Hollywood yet.

The best Tarantino movie since Jackie Brown, love this movie. Well done to Granma (i was never worried...she comes from a stronger generation). I will save this for the next weekend

In the dinner scene with the skull, Leonardo Dicaprio actually cut his hand on the glass and didn't break character. The blood you see in the movie is his actual blood!! Tarantino liked it so much that he actually kept it in the film. PROPS TO LEO HE'S SUCH A PROFESSIONAL AND A GREAT GREAT ACTOR

Curaitis

Hell Yeah, a Masterpiece like many of Quentins Movies.

Had nothing else to watch today so i watched your Trolls reaction. Kim was already my favorite but when we were at the Funk Trolls place and Curtis Mayfields "Move On Up" was playing, and Kim said, THATS where i would be.....ahhh, she made me so happy lol i cant wait till yall get to watch The Five Heartbeats... or Sister Act.

You should cap off your Tarantino run with "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", his latest movie and definitely his least violent (by his standards). Its also probably among his funniest, almost a comedy.

great reaction! you should also check out "The Hateful Eight" (2015), it's the next Tarantino movie after this, and it's also a Western! Set a few years after the civil war, i believe. And also "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" (2019), ofc

I feel like you need to keep watching more Tarantino because I would love to see you three watch True Romance he did not direct it but he did Write it.

You can tell Kim is a music fan. Literally every time a pop song appears in a movie, she seems to know it.

I was so disappointed with TH8. Couldn't even get through it.

Anonymous

Well I guess if you got through Django, H8 is pretty much the same. It’s prob just the whole “one-room” factor that turns people off

Anonymous

I'll definitely vote for it but yeah the one room factor turns people off easily

Next up 'the hateful eight'
