Simply extract the contents of the archive into your primary VAM installation folder. Make sure that you download all dependencies from the VAM Resource Manager. Enjoy :)

Gameplay Tips:

This scene is about managing your relationship with Elora, while also suppressing the passions of your tavern guests. As time passes Elora will be abused and humiliated in various ways by patrons, you can choose to intervene (by replacing her torn clothing, dissuading horny patrons, punishing Elora), or obviously you can simply forfeit and just enjoy the show!

There is no win or loss condition at the moment, but I will eventually make reaching maximum anger a loss condition with multiple endings!

Please report any bugs. I encountered a number of technical difficulties in extracting this scene as a .var. I have tested it in a clean installation of VAM and I believe that it should function correctly, but usually something is lying in wait to break! Usually all of the data for a scene should be stored in the var file, but unfortunately because of how I implemented certain things in the scene this was not possible. That is why a /Custom folder also must be included. Unfortunately for me, that also means I have no clue how I am going to adapt this scene for the VAM Hub, but that's my problem!

As usual, there will be a patch addressing any major bugs as they surface over the next few days!

Update 1/31:

  • Removes unnecessary duplicate local files
  • Trims unnecessary dependencies
  • Adds Cheat Menu (activated by tossing the wine bottle to the floor)
  • :( Removes broken and buggy Milk Maiden Outfit (refused to work properly)
  • Adds selectable difficulty modes
  • Extends tutorial sequence to better explain gameplay concepts

I'm getting several error messages per second "detected physics corruption on Atom Stein bottle" and "Atom Wine" once the mini game starts, then the game started flickering like crazy. I moved the bottles around the table at the beginning, I'll try to reload the scene and do some more testing. Also I wish the lighting in the opening sequence showed the bar maiden's face (it's completely cast in shadow), just a minor gripe. EDIT: seems to happen when you release a mug inside of a person, I know how to avoid it now at least. Pressing sweep up doesn't seem to remove the trash or button

I can't seem to take anyone's order meaning I cant make any credits

You take their order by approaching them, one of them should have an order popup when you are standing near them. (There is a sneaky little goblin behind the table all the way in the back that I kept forgetting about).

You have to actually physically sweep up the trash by grabbing the broom which should appear.

Grabbing the mug sometimes causes the physics to explode and the scene is unplayable after that, a proper insta reset button for the mug would make it more playable, it seems to happen with the left hand only and only when psychics for hands are turned on. I haven't been able to take any orders or deliver them , i can fill the mug but when I put it in the circle in the middle it just vanishes in a skull and when i try to bring it to the table nothing happens. Only seen the order message pop up one time so far, for the rest I am able to sweep :D and the animations seem a little bit off center so I might have something in my settings not set proper . Clothes stay on for the lady, but the event that her clothes get ripped seem to happen very often, she keeps all the clothes on though. For the rest I really like the Idea and thank you for making it, I'll look forward to the next update. I do have head collision turned on.

This is a really nice scene, well done! It's nice to see, that someone tries to make more in VaM than just models or singular scenes. However, 2 things don't seem to work for me. First, the milk maid outfit won't work, even after reloading them in the clothing tab, as you suggested in the post. Also for some reason i can't seem to figure out, how to interact with the kegs. I'm holding the mug below the tap and then try to turn the tap, but i can't grab anything there. I had to switch them on permanently by editing them. There i also found, that the middle keg does not fill the mug. The other ones do, but im not sure if that's just something that happens because i switched them on with the editor. Maybe another thing with the sex scenes, something i've seen in the other stuff you made as well. Somehow the cocks of the beasts often do not align with the girl and then it looks like the beasts are humping the air. I've seen other scenes, where the tip of the cock is aligned with the pussy/mouth by aligning them. Maybe this helps, but if you already did that (i haven't checked, its just something that came to my mind while writing this), then just ignore this part. It might just be that something gets messed up when loading the scenes or maybe it just doesn't work since for example the minotaur is too big. But again, this is a great scene and im looking forward to you adding more stuff to this and maybe more characters, or whatever your plans with this are. Also im curious, how you will implement the "sacrifice yourself" option. Will the player be turned into a woman for that, or is the idea just to implement M/M stuff? The transformation could be kind of hot, with something like the elf helping the customers to turn you into a woman, when her corruption is high enough :D.

I'm not sure how hard it would be to impliment but I would love a cheat menu where you could max our corruption or a gallery where you can play the animations. Your scenes are fantastic but I would like to be able to see all the animations easier on repeat viewings.

game crashing pretty quick to me on my i7 2070 32g ram. I would love to see cheat menu to get directly to sex scene. Also, a light version of it on vamhub would let us install dependency really easy

When i try to load the scene, vam crashes mid way through the loading. This is after referenced packages and updates are download from the hub. Help?

Can't seem to get the tattoos working, i have the package installed, but the error log shows a completely different path that it tries to access them from? Any Idea perhaps?

The scene if very large and computationally taxing even by VAM standards; here are a couple things you could try: Install VAM on a SSD for fastest loading. Do not attempt to interact with the game while it is loading. Try to load the scene in Desktop mode first, with Caching on, this will reduce the subsequent load times in VR mode. Use redeyes' GiveMeFPS session plugin. On my rig, with an SSD, loading the scene takes ~3 minutes in Desktop Mode (with caching!), unfortunately this is just the reality of VAM being not particularly well optimized.

Does this work for anyone else? Every sex animation is just completely broken and at one point the characters even glitched out and became super distorted while flying around everywhere (which was hilarious, admittedly) and I had to reboot the whole scene. I tried different physics rates and nothing seems to work.

yeah it works fine for me except now that the stuff they write on the girl doesn't work. Are you sure you have downloaded all of the required files? Are you getting any error messages?

I'm almost positive that I have all the dependencies installed. I went to the post on the VAM Hub and downloaded all the dependencies there as instructed. But I do get quite a number of errors. When they tear pieces of her clothes off, when monsters spawn in/out, and whenever she interacts with them.
