Star vs Evil Beach Day (Patreon)

Here are the colors for this week's Star vs Evil illustration, featuring Marco, Star, Janna, Jackie and Higgs at the beach. Star and Marco sneak off for some private time, but Marco worries about leaving Higgs and Janna together unattended.

I decided to try a different method of coloring for this with less shadows and more colored lines, to see how it works out. Since I'm just doing illustrations and one-shots I'm using the time to experiment with different methods of doing things to see how it works, since I'm not currently worried about page-to-page consistency.

Also, I've made up my mind for how I plan to proceed moving forward into the future. I will be making a post about it in a moment after I upload this.

Here are the lines for another Star vs Evil illustration, this time with Marco, Star, Janna, Jackie and Higgs at the beach. Star and Marco are sneaking off for some private fun, but Marco worries about leaving Higgs unattended with Janna, who is turning it into a nudist beach.

So I decided to do a longer illustration with more figures, rather than a page with more panels. I partly just wanted to do nude models of the characters, so I went with something that more fully displayed their anatomy.
