Bawdy Falls Page 54 (Patreon)

COLOR:

The colors for page 54 are now complete. Mabel has some breakfast before taking her turn, but upon inquiring about options as to how she'll have her fun Pacifica has another idea. The girls will be leaving poor Dipper alone once more, but it seemed to work out for him the last time they returned so he's on a good track record.

I also edited page 53. I felt I made the lines a bit too thick compared to other pages so I just adjusted them slightly. Hooray vector layers for making that process quick and simple. I also just made a last minute call on the top right panel in this page right before uploading so hopefully the more detailed background came out okay. I solid color and gradient tooled it before because I still want to try and get more used to the fact that not every panel need fleshed out backgrounds and sometimes standard dialogue/reaction/expression panels can be simpler, but in the end the completionist in me had to change it.

LINES:

The lines for page 54 are now complete. Done late again because my sleep schedule's still dead but I should still have the colors done on time Friday.

SKETCH:

Here is the sketch for page 54 of Bawdy Falls. Despite the annoyance at times Pacifica is displaying her ability to tolerate Mabel for the benefits. Now that it's Mabel's self-proclaimed turn she inquires about her options. This brings Pacifica to take action, but upon doing so she realizes a greater extent to the benefits that Mabel provides.

This was a super difficult page to decide how I wanted to lay out so I killed my sleep schedule for another week getting it done as early as I could. With this I actually cut this transition scene down into 4 pages instead of the 5 I initially had planned so things will be moving on to the next scene faster than initially expected.
