I finally arrived in New Orleans last night after what amounted to over 12 hours of traveling. The Amtrak train was 3 hours delayed to begin with, and then was further delayed following that. Thankfully Rosa Polyantha (she’s on instagram if you’d like to check out her work), stayed up to let me in at almost 3am. There was no WiFi on the train either! I’ll be writing my journal entry tonight or tomorrow morning (I’m drinking a cocktail currently and do not trust my writing skills under the influence haha). In any case, I’ll never be taking the Amtrak in this part of the country ever again. Photo is by Photosensualis - who I’m excited to work with in a couple of days!
