Chapter 333: Luo and Ging

Skab is the name of the town where the World Tree is located. As one of the famous tourist attractions, it has many unique features, with its cuisine being one of them.

Putting aside the brick-roasted food in Luo's hand, many delicacies have their unique flavors and aromas.

Ging discreetly glanced at Luo's clothes, noticing four visible food stains, indicating that Luo had bought food from at least four different shops in the town. The lingering scents he could detect differentiated five distinct types.

The sharp smell of sage, the walnut-like smoky scent of Lantian charcoal, the strong and distinct aroma of thyme, the spicy flavor that explodes in the mouth from red hair tips, and the unique sweet and sour taste of marinated tumbleweed fruit.

From the scents alone, one could identify these five specialty foods sold by shops scattered in three different directions in Skab town, plus the brick-roasted food, making it four directions in total.

This meant that to enjoy these five foods, Luo had to make a round trip around Skab town. It was clear that Luo had arrived in Skab town before the agreed time but was distracted by the local delicacies, resulting in an hour's delay.

Was it the nature of a foodie that led to the unintended delay, or did he think the matter was not of high importance, thus shifting his focus to something else?

Ging did not expose Luo’s excuse for being late. He took the still warm brick-roasted food, took a big bite, and mumbled, "Sit down and talk."

He was the first to sit down, facing the sea.

On top of the World Tree was a giant bird's nest. Luo remembered that in the original story, there were several equally giant fledglings, but now there were none, not even a single egg.

Sitting next to Ging, Luo took out a piece of brick-roasted food from the takeaway bag. Although he was already full, he hadn't tried this uniquely shaped brick-roasted food yet, so he decided to eat another piece.

Swoosh!

At this moment, Ging suddenly grabbed the brick-roasted food and the takeaway bag from Luo's hands and said seriously, "This is for me, right?"

Luo turned his head to see Ging placing the takeaway bag beside him, using his body as a natural barrier to prevent Luo from taking it.

"Isn't it?"

Ging seriously confirmed again, and in less than a few seconds, the brick-roasted food in his hand was already two-thirds gone.

"All for you." Luo rolled his eyes.

"Alright, let's talk business after I finish eating." Ging nodded, gazing at the blue sea below, leisurely eating the brick-roasted food.

Taking this moment, Luo scrutinized Ging, who noticed but didn't mind at all.

With a white cloth wrapped around his head, a few strands of hair poking out, wearing a white robe, and a scarf-like wrap around his neck, his features resembled Gon by seven or eight points, giving Luo the feeling of an eighteen-year-old Gon.

Just from his appearance, Ging still looked very young. Luo wondered if he had already secured a spot among the top five Nen users in the world.

After a moment of observation, Luo withdrew his gaze and looked at the sparkling blue sea.

Speaking of which, are Killua and Gon the same age? If so, Killua would have already been born, and Gon should be around the same age, right?

Thinking of this, Luo suddenly asked, "Ging, do you have a child?"

"Cough."

This unexpected question almost choked Ging. He struggled to swallow the brick-roasted food.

Normally, such a question wouldn't have caused such a reaction, but at this moment, he was half in the role of a father.

"Judging by your reaction, you most likely have one." Luo looked at Ging, thinking that Gon must have been born already.

Ging pretended not to understand, seriously eating the remaining brick-roasted food. After five or six seconds, he suddenly turned to Luo, belatedly confused, "Did you say something?"

Facing Ging's exaggeratedly awkward acting, Luo pulled his eyelids and helplessly said, "I didn't say anything, maybe you misheard."

"Oh."

Ging nodded calmly, then quickly sped up his eating. In no time, he finished all the brick-roasted food.

"I'll give you the pricing rights, but I need all the information on Devil Island."

Swallowing the last bite of brick-roasted food, Ging, like a fast-paced office worker, didn't beat around the bush and went straight to the point, perhaps also fearing that Luo would continue talking about children.

Luo looked at him and said, "I don't need money. If you want information on Devil Island, exchange it for information of equal value."

Ging's eyes flickered, finding Luo's proposal interesting. The random question earlier and now this insistence on useful information both indicated that Luo had investigated him.

However, he believed that with Luo's information-gathering methods, he couldn't have found out much about him. Even if he did, it would be useless information.

The most intriguing part was that information's value is subjective; it needs to be in demand to be valuable. So, what did Luo, emphasizing "equal value," want from him?

Greed Island?

During his brief contemplation, Ging could only think of the recently launched Greed Island.

"What information do you want from me?" Ging temporarily set his guess aside.

If Luo wanted information on Greed Island, it would indeed be a big hassle, as Greed Island wasn't his private property and couldn't be used as a bargaining chip.

"Information on the Dark Continent." Luo said seriously.

Ging was immediately surprised, not expecting Luo to want information on the Dark Continent rather than Greed Island.

Does he know that I have a lot of information about the Dark Continent? Did Netero tell him?

A self-question flashed in Ging's mind. He restrained his emotions and didn't ask his inner doubts, but calmly said, "Fine, on the condition that you agree to my terms."

At this point, Ging raised his hand, fingers spread, and said, "I can only provide fifty percent of the information. That's the limit and the value of the information you possess."

"So hastily concluding, aren't you afraid of missing out on more important information?" Luo said.

Ging lowered his hand and said, "I am, but given the high probability of information overlap, I don't think your information will be more valuable than mine. To be honest with you, half of the information I have was obtained from Netero under certain conditions."

Luo stopped talking, raised his hand, spread his fingers, and covered his palm with Nen. Then he used Nen to shape a picture, which transformed into another picture after a few seconds.

Without needing Luo's reminder, Ging focused his aura on his eyes, using Gyo, and immediately saw the images Luo formed with his aura. His expression slightly changed.

After looking at about five or six images, Ging straightforwardly said, "What I said just now were all dream talk. Just listen and don't take it seriously. Also, I don't want to trade with you anymore."

Ging's eyes sparkled, and he said seriously, "Let's share instead."
