Experimental EMDR audio (Patreon)

Hi Everyone, 

We created this audio originally for CJ to help with rehabilitation. usually when I do EMDR its asking them to follow your finger from side to side. Only this time CJ's visual impairment prevents him from doing this technique so we have adapted the audio EMDR technique to create this as a way around any visual elements! 

We are very happy to share it with you and we hope you find this therapy tool very effective! 

You may need to listen to the audio a few times until you have fully processed whatever it is that you would like to take the opportunity to fully process... once you start make sure you continue to process until its complete.
