SOS Bros React - HunterxHunter Episode 14 - There's Always A Bigger Fish

I am psyched out of my mind for this premise. This is sooo much more interesting than a battle royale or a tournament. The fact that Gon decided to spend the better part of an episode training while in a FREE FOR ALL HUNT is not what I would have expected, but even so the training itself was great. I really hope he ends up actually using it. Bonus points if the tactic works. What did you think of the episode? Leave your thoughts in the comments below, we'd love to chat with you! Gon is too carefree for his own good.

In this video you assumed they could leave when they have six points, they can not. everyone is on the island for the whole week whether they like it or not.

It was Tonpa. He said the exam has, on average, 5 to 6 phases. So if you're thinking they're done with the exam already, that is jumping the gun a bit.

Also, this is NOT a typical shounen. It's not action, action, action. It's an adventure. That means taking your time sometimes and enjoying the experience, the beautiful visuals, and just being along for the ride. There are episodes where time is spent just looking at a sunset, or panning over a cityscape and showing off this amazing world. That may cause it to appear "content light", but only if you consider content to consist solely of fighting and action. This is an adventure. I know you guys need stuff to actually discuss and react to, and that's fair. But I also recommend at least mentally preparing yourselves to go on a journey. There's a long and twisting road ahead.

As Jessica said above the anime is long because it takes it's own time, things are usually slow sometimes for the viewer but it's a process, the anime want to show you everything very detailed so you can really feel immersed in this story.

Just popped in to say: Jacob's rockin that dark souls shirt. Praise the sun! \[T]/ Also note that the VA for the examiner guy with glasses also voices Freeza in the japanese dub of DBZ.

Fenji

Jacob, Caleb, stick with this show. There is a ton of "fluff" but when big moments happen they are earth shattering. You will have so much context when big arcs happen.

Yeah we have a pseudo solution to workaround this, but it won't be available to view for at least a couple days sadly.
