I am LOVING these characters, the third years AND our main duo! I greatly appreciate Tanaka's brash silliness, Uso's kind temperance, and Daichi's resolute leadership and vision casting. Having this strong complex direction for our duo early on is a breath of fresh air!! We'll be watching these every Sunday until we're caught up! "Osu"? With the greyish hair and beauty mark? That's Sugawara Koushi ;) But they mostly call him Suga (or Suga-san) or just Sugawara. He can be both an angel and a devil if he wants to :p He's also like the "mom" of the team but you'll see that soon enough ;)

So glad you guys are enjoying and having fun with this anime! Also, I'm sure you'll be corrected 100+ times in the comments so sorry to add to that noise, but the one character's name isn't Osu. I think you may have gotten confused when Kageyama said that as the new characters were being introduced. But Osu is just a term mainly used in martial arts that is used to mean "yes", "hello", or "I understand". It's basically just a general affirmative.

Also, rewatching Haikyuu while watching your guys' reactions made me realize that this is one series that I would really love to have the option for a full length reaction to. I know there was a poll for it a little bit ago but I hope you guys consider a full length tier again because between this show and HxH I would jump on that in a heartbeat! :)

I think we should just stick to calling Suga "Osu". It's glorious.

One of the most memorable scenes for me is in this episode when Kageyama is excitedly expressing why setter is the best position and how much he loves it! It's really nice to see a character awkward and stone-faced so passionate and for lack of another word, 'fanboyish'!
