SOS Bros React - One Punch Man Season 1 Episode 9 - Mumen Rider, A True Hero!!

Genos put up a good fight! The Sakuga was strong with this one! Even with having watched this before, I STILL shed tears for Mumen Rider and his inspiring monologue!! Saitama once again saved the people and even to some extent the Hero Association with one punch and his clever quick-thinking. We'll be doing these every Sunday, until we're caught up! Mumen Rider being a grown-up Izuku was such a great parallel. I would hope that he gets stronger in the future, but I love how his character stands for what the everyday man / woman can do way too much. He's the reason why a lot of us would dress ourselves in capes and do justice crashes with bicycles as kids.

Not sure if you guys have ever considered it. But maybe give Kemono Friends a try some time in the future? It honestly has the worst animation quality of everything i have seen, but there's just something about it that makes me (and millions of others) like it.

i was waiting for this episode

A prediction I have for Mumen Rider is that he'll be the next Saitama at the end of the series, maybe as an epilogue or something. Since Saitama has expressed multiple times before that there's nothing special about what he did to gain his power, it's not impossible. All he did initially was have a burning desire to protect people from monsters. So I predict Mumen Rider will gain a similar power by the end, but instead of being depressed like Saitama he'll be overjoyed since he's able to fulfill his dream of being a defender of the weak. Or I'm looking too much into a comedy show. Even so, I'll stand by that I think if anyone was to ever get on Saitama's level of strength within the show, it'd be Mumen Rider.

This show and TFS DBZA are standing examples of great parody that I can think of straight off the bat.
