Today was a very interesting day. I tried to show aggression. As it turned out, I accumulated a lot of negative emotions inside and they started to come out through psychosomatics. My task was to try different options for the manifestation of these emotions that are possible and find out which of them suits me, from which I get the most relief. Screamed, threw stones, fought with a friend, with a pillow, broke glass, and you know that I got the most pleasure when I broke glass and when I threw stones, but not just silently, but shouting the most disgusting swear words. Soon you won't recognize me)

Maybe not everyone will understand but.....You know in those days when there were no gadgets and on summer vacation your parents drove you to the village to visit your grandfather and grandmother....One of the best entertainments was beating nettles with a stick. For some reason I didn't do that... and now I understand what I should have done. Maybe I have accumulated less negativity
