Updated update (Patreon)

I have officially paused billing for May 1st, which means nobody will be charged for the next month which is 10 days from now. This also means that my Hiatus will start on May 1st. Until then, here's what I plan to do: 

I will put out two or three more chapters. With where we are in the story, I actually feel that its the best time to do something like this. There's no major cliff hangers, and its kind of an intermission before jumping off into what I had planned to be the second half of the story. 

As for certain persons and events that have been teased (hint: a certain female), It will be introduced and fleshed out over the next couple chapters. I plan on establishing everything pretty firmly and then letting it be, leaving you guys with some semblance of satisfaction and content with where things are. 

Of course, I'm not so rigid as to totally shut things down on May 1st. If I don't get the chapters out in time, I'll just take more time to post them. I at least promise you all a few more to settle things. 

However, after that, I'm off for a bit. I'll end up posting all the advance chapters according to the normal schedule on Scribblehub and RoyalRoad as well, so all chapters will make their way there. If I go by 3 chapters a week, then come June, all chapters will be on the free platforms. At that time, I'll also begin contemplating coming back. 

So for you patrons, don't worry about paying for a month of no content. You could stay a patron for the entire time that I'm gone and you won't be paying anything since I've paused billing. For others though who plan on leaving so as to simply not have any worries, I'll bid you farewell when I release my last chapter. 

Anyway, I'll get to working on the last few chapters. See you guys in a bit.
