Sales Tax coming for Some, Not All, Users - July 1 (Patreon)

Hello sinners!

Hopefully Patreon has already e-mailed all of you about the date, July 1rst, when they'll apply sales tax/VAT/GST to some pledges from patrons in parts of the US and 17 other countries. This post is about that as a heads-up.

"For  most, the amount will be very small. For example, sales tax rates in  the US range from 4% to 11%, so on a $5 pledge, that would be between 20  cents and 55 cents. "
I've tried to collect some infos about this and change the benefits ratio according to the other given, helpful links that patreon provided to save tax money, so the added tax should be minimal.

I'll list the countries anyway [ranges from 5-25%]:
Australia, Belarus, Iceland, India, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Canada (Quebec only), Russia, Saudia Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey,  UAE, United States (36 states plus D.C.) 

United States [ranges from 4-11%]: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachussetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming 

For countries in the EU, Patreon has already been collecting VAT since 2015 (so there's no change for people living there).
