Conversion to Tip Jar Structure! (Patreon)

So after realising how little time I've had lately, and spent some time working on how to best structure Patreon, I feel that a Tip Jar setup would probably be best.

I've updated my page's main description with more details on how it's now laid out, but I've tried to keep it sweet and simple. All previous posts will also now be made public :)
