Reworked Tiers + DA based Poll (Patreon)

Reworked the tier values and rewards, and think things should be a bit clearer and easier now, as well as somewhat cheaper and hopefully more appealing for the tiers.

Also, since there's no patrons yet, I can't exactly give the poll to patrons only, but I still want Cytti to start her adventure for when patrons do sign up, they'll already have images to get immediately! So in the meantime I'll be deciding what happens to her in other ways, and thought a good start off method would be to stick to the poll plan, but release it publicly on DA. How should she start her adventure?
