Starry Knight concept art for pitch #1 (Patreon)

I finished some concept art I made for the Starry Knight pitch, as concept art and depictions of the protagonists's roles at the start vs the end.

SPOILERS MAYBE? But Waverly's whole deal is she's meant to be like Sailor Moon's Tuxedo Mask and Princess Serenity slammed into the same person. So she starts out as Chablis's mysterious protector and ends up being the damsel Chablis has to save.  And smooch.

That's not her only aspect, there's one more that's Plot Spoilers. But thematically I'm trying to tap into Protective Knight and Delicate Damsel vibes simultaneously with her. Chablis gets to be protected by a cool mysterious stranger AND be that same person's hero.

This is the magic of Lesbians in a magical girl context.
