This one hit especially hard. Everyone around me surprised or disgusted at how I drink room temp soda, coffee, whatever. "It's that or throw out most of everything I drink!"

Anyone else keep beverages in their line of sight and accidentally chug them? I always figured it was an adaptation from spilling drinks so often as a kid 😂

The way I laughed at this! With my three room temperature beverages beside me no less! I have sensitive teeth so I don't actually care for very hot or very cold, but it would be nice to occasionally have a slightly hot or cold drink!

Yup, that’s me! And yes, it’s partly to do with forgetting, especially if focused. But I agree it’s also to do with locating drinks well out of my way so I can’t knock them over too. A double whammy I’d never noticed until this today Danni 🥳

I swear it takes me all day to drink a cup of coffee because I get distracted

I always get my soda with no ice because it takes me all day to drink it and watered-down Coke is not pleasant

Oh yes!!!! That’s why I invested in an ember mug. Expensive but keeps a good cuppa at the perfect temp for you :)
