PHEW! I just got back from Italy and had some long hours on the bus to knock out these new faces! Each will have its own individual write-up, so these will make more sense than they do with just the titles alone.

In case you’re like “wtf Dani what are these, I need context”— these are 16 different types of thinking traps your mind can fall into that distort your mind. Most of them cause unnecessary anxiety or set off some kind of trigger in your brain. These are distortions talked about a lot in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and learning about them can help you curb your anxious thinking patterns and notice/recognize when you’re falling into the same traps again and again.

I honestly get into all of these modes, but am particularly susceptible to becoming an All-Or-Nothing Thinker, Mind-Reader, “Right” Fighter, and “Should” Stickler.
