I’ve been thinking about making my “Getting Started” concept into a series as well, as there are a lot of aspects I think are rolled into our brains that go overlooked.

Does this make sense to you guys and/or resonate? I have such a hard time breaking down my lists and being okay if I don’t finish everything. As Tim Urban would say, “procrastinators” don’t see a bunch of bricks. We see a building. And we look at the building and say “well there’s no way I could ever do that.” We need to focus on putting down a single brick, even one a day. Eventually we get there— it’s just not instant gratification (and our brains LOVE instant gratification).
