Hey guys! I'm working on a new graphic now about time management and to try to answer the question I get a lot-- "Why are you always late?"

- How many days per week would you say you're late to at least one thing (Even 8:02 instead of 8:00)? Are you ever early to work (unless there's an important project)?

- How long are you usually running behind by in the mornings?

- What are the biggest reasons why you usually run late in the mornings? Things you frequently forget? Not getting up on first alarm?

Waking up is the big one for me. I seem to be naturally nocturnal so i only really wake up properly around 1pm - even if i've gone to sleep before 11pm! The morning hours are usually spent lamenting the fact that i've had to wake up at all. It doesn't help that i have a chronic pain condition and sleep apnoea so my sleep quality isn't great!

Time also seems fake to me? Lol. It goes by without me even realising it, which means i have to set numerous alarms to get me out of the house - and i'm often still late. Time dilation is weird.

I am late all the time, to the point where being on time feels accidental. A big problem for me is for example: knowing that it will take me 15 minutes to get somewhere so I will leave 20 minutes early. With 20 minutes till my appointment I head to the front door, but now something happens. I can't find my keys, wallet, other shoe, etc. or I get 2 minutes down the road and realize that I forgot to take my meds so I have to go back. or I took my meds and have all of my stuff and it's 20 minutes till, and I don't have enough gas to get where I'm going.

I am reading this angrily sleepy and awake in bed, trying to get my eyes to stay open, so I 100% feel this
