Skoot has visually remained, more or less, unchanged throughout the years. He always had that red and white shirt and I think it's here to stay.

The biggest difference for Skoot in this reboot is that straight from episode 1, he doesn't know anyone from the original WHOOKOS. That slowly happens over the course of the first few episodes.

Even his reboot got four adjustments! I finally settled on 4.0 because I like that height for him.
