This is somewhat of a spoiler for the upcoming WHOOKOS reboot, but these crystals are introduced as early as episode 1, so you're not really losing anything by learning this here. I also promise I won't throw random exposition spoilers like this in the future. Since I haven't posted any animations in about 4 years, that's a long time for things to change and I want everyone to have something to look forward to while I animate.in the meantime. Alright that way my way to push the actual spoiler lore to the bottom, just in case you're that concerned.

This new WHOOKOS story involves very few special individuals who are constantly looking for super rare crystals called "Cosm Shards". Finding them is basically impossible unless you're able to find what they call a "Rift"; the only place these crystals exist. But Rifts are not only extremely rare, but they also can't be detected by modern science. It takes a special individual to find these Rifts to collect crystals.

Even if you were to find a Rift, crystals are still rare. Sometimes not even there. And finding a full size crystal, let alone a cluster, is still very unlikely. This rarity in full size crystals is why they're often referred to as  "shards".

Skoot, along with the rest of the WHOOKOS gang (plus a few new and rebooted members), are among these special individuals (which do have a name, which I'm keeping secret until the WHOOKOS episode 1 reboot). Together they collect stolen shards used by those with ill intent

Well this is all the info I'm offering on the Cosm Shards for now. Maybe there are a few questions I'd be willing to answer on Discord, but I want to be careful about revealing too much before episodes are even out. This Patreon is still new.

I also want to mention that I know this wasn't really all that comedy focused, but I promise this is just the world building content. WHOOKOS will always be about comedy, punk-reggae-ska, and living every day to the fullest.
