Hey everyone,

I apologize for the delay of this report. It won't be long, due to most of it consisting of the holidays and hanging out with family. But I still wanted to go over what happened in December and keep track of the progress on things.

First off, I think my biggest issue for December was just  trying to juggle a few too many things. I wanted to work on all the projects I had in the queue little by little, but The Pyra finale still needed a lot of work and I was feeling really guilty for missing the November 30th deadline.  At the end of the day the Pyra animation ended up taking up most of the month's work time. I tried to balance things between Patreon work and the holiday season, but I think I could have done a better job if I handled my time better. So like in November, I want to improve my focus and project management going forward.

I think my communication got a little worse too. It always feels bad to make posts when I haven't finished something I wanted to get out by then. Usually I end up getting halfway through the post, but then I go back and try to work on the project thinking I can get it done before I make the post. This happened a lot with the Pyra finale. But in the future, regardless of whether or not a project is done, I will let you all know and make things like weekly reports more consistent.

Like I mentioned earlier, the main thing I worked on this month was the Pyra finale. I've made good progress on it, but it is requiring a lot of work. I'm doing something a bit extra with the cum scene that is taking a while, but I hope you all will enjoy it when it's finally finished.

Overall, I wished I could have gotten more done during this month. I'll be using January as a catch up month, so hopefully that allows me to get things back on track. I'll keep you all in the loop of things.

Thank you for sticking with me through all of this. I'll do my best to do a better job getting things out to you all.
