to be fair, im kinda on the side of the guy in this instance, the cops where saying they where gonna kill him, holding a gun to his HEAD and being so aggressive, the guy had so much fear i think he tried to grab his gun for fear of his own life. just my thoughts.

It could’ve all been avoided if he didn’t run and if he didn’t go for his gun, everybody knows you don’t reach for a gun while police are aiming theirs at you, I think the only thing he was fearful of was going to jail/prison
