easily the worst episode of the series but with that said I'm glad it existed! it's easy to give the MC a quick powerup so to remove her for 2 years is something you don't see every day and in return let the side characters have some time to shine.

but with that said it was the least entertaining hence it being a necessary evil to benefit future episodes imo

I like how they give the rest of the cast a bit more time to shine. This might not be the most interesting thing to do, but it's the best kind of "time skip" in my book.

Great character development for the other characters and now Alicia is back after her two years training arc

Yeah like most other shows would just have their MC completed that task quickly. To showcase just how brilliant their MC is compared to others. But seeing them actually make it take that much longer was surprising. Also that scene in the start with Gill in that hall with all the other maids/servants. Is not something you see often in these kinds of shows. As it felt like a working place here

One thing that I cannot understand in this episode is how Alicia did not develop cabin fever. After being stuck in a cabin alone for two years. Because I have a feeling anyone without company for that long would go crazy lol

She has her magic stuff ... that might be for her what a console is for a gamer shut-in ... No problem staying cooped up 2 years ... in the end you might even complain that you didn't reach Platin becore yoh had to get out again. 🤣

I do think this episode is really important as the context to the remainder of the season, its like a mid-way Prologue/ set-up because we can see how everyone feels walking in to the main part of the actual game Her dad is thinking of changing his successor and Duke is noticeably unhappy with Alicia's absence meanwhile the original mc is as clueless as ever

Okay. So green hair isn't influenced, right? When Duke attacked Liz, Curtis (green hair's actual name) broke it up, telling BOTH sides to chill the fuck out, and focused on getting Alisha medical attention. Even though he isn't seemingly under influence this and last episode, he still stays close. So I have the theory that there are multiple watchers, and Curtis is one of them.

Alright so usually I enjoy your reactions. But with this episode... Your comments were kind of almost just focussing on the fact that this is an episode without Alicia, over and over again. I actually found it quiet interesting that they further developed the idea that there is something more to everyone loving Liz, even the girls who used to hate her. Still, I am quiet shocked that we skipped that much time for our Vilainess... But I guess, we will see what they prepared for us. And yes, I also would have enjoyed it more if she was in it and it sucks to wait another week, but.. well... It is how it is.
