We don’t have much in the way of continuity in our main strip. The Handbook of Heroes might feature a few mini-series of related gags (e.g. the Anti-Party pages or Jeremy the Dragon), but for the most part we’re a joke-a-day style comic. When it comes to The Handbook of Erotic Fantasy, however, there are some slightly longer-lasting hijinks afoot. 

Unwilling to face the derisive chortling of her old party, Femme Fighter has joined Team Bounty Hunter. I’m sure it was a tough decision leaving her long-time pals behind, but at the moment I believe she feels it was the right call. I submit the look on her face as proof. 

This does call into question further matters of continuity however. If Femme Fighter has joined the bounty hunters, what does that mean for the main comic? Will there be a jerk-shaped hole where Fighter once stood? Well never fear, me buckos! This is a spin-off comic, and the storylines are happily separate. The two exist in different universes, and the Heroes may even encounter a three-woman-strong version of Team Bounty Hunter in the main comic. You may chalk this up to temporal anomalies, capricious gods, or lazy writing. Whatever gets you through the day.
