Hey all. I was hoping I could take a couple of seconds from each of you. I would like to get a sense of what genres you all are using Frag Maps for. Thanks in advance!

Use them for my SR game, players love them!

Anonymous

I use them for Cyberpunk Red!

Anonymous

Mainly Sci-Fi but I do intend on using them for Altered Carbon.

Anonymous

Would be nice to see more "I can't believe it's not star trek" style stuff and whilst your maps are awesome they are a little dark for that. Generic labs, offices, engine rooms, "transporters", stairs storage bays etc

Sabastian Guerrero

I use them for World of Darkness settings in the near future. Mainly large cities, labs and such.

Anonymous

Use them for cyberpunk red, I'd like to see "normal" daily street stuff in the combat zone/poor zone of the city.

Anonymous

I use them for a french RPG, "Knight" which use a mix of cyberpunk and modern places.

Anonymous

I use them for a Superhero game in which the players are supers created by a dystopian megacorporation in a cyberpunk-esque future.

FunkyJ

I use them for Genefunk 2090 (Basically Cyberpunk with furries :D )

Anonymous

Supers.

Shadowrun ftw! Maybe also, in near future, a French "epic-horror" RPG set in a 2037 apocalypse (with urban landscapes ranging from Judge Dredd to post-apo). https://knight-jdr.fr/

I use your maps for my shadowrun games. It would be great to have an outskirts of the city mansion, black site/lab, a restaurant/club. I'd really love to see an asset pack with some of the more common sci fi items so that we could customize maps as well.

All cyberpunk red games.

The next system I'm going to use is Esper Genesis in a style similar to Mass Effect.

Anonymous

Using them for Mass Effect 5E so the cyberpunk aesthetic works fine for cities and hubs.

Anonymous

Your maps have been perfect for a superhero campaign I'm running with the Icons system.

Myles

I run Marvel Super Heroes (TSR) and a splatterpunk game, both in a modern-ish/near future setting. With that, i can use just about any of your maps no matter what game I run.

1980s ghostbusting campaign

Anonymous

I play Starfinder for some science fantasy.

Anonymous

I just finished an Alien campaign and we’ll be trying out the new Twilight 2k 4e system for a while. I do mostly modern but a close second would be sci-fi

Jonathan Veil

I do a fair amount of post-apoc, in addition to some par for the course cyberpunk

John Pedigo

I use your maps for a Esper Genesis campaign

Anonymous

Cyberpunk, but it's a big world. I need building interiors, building exteriors, sewers, warehouses, hangers, cave openings, forests, desert towns, ice-covered bunkers, the works. =)

Dave L

I don’t use your maps in my current campaign (more than happy to keep supporting the amazing creations though). I’m planning the next campaign and it will be either Twilight 2K or Shadowrun with encounters specifically designed around your maps.

There is a serious shortage of near-future underwater habitat and space habitat maps. Meaning, underwater/space facilities.

Anonymous

Play cyberpunk, modern horror and sci-fi games!

Anonymous

We are running a Cyberpunk RED campaign, and your maps have already inspired several encounters.

Talley Darkstar

All the above. I don't really do much high fantasy anymore.

Anonymous

I mainly run a low fantasy cyberpunk version of D&D's Eberron and your maps fit well for the campaign

fragmaps

Thank you Carlos and I'm glad to hear they were inspired! Hope the coming maps this month will continue to inspire epic encounters!

fragmaps

Interesting. I actually ran a campaign exactly as you described and created a map for my own campaign. But because it was for personal use, the quality of it doesn't line up with the maps I draw for you guys on Patreon. But underwater facility, will keep that in mind!

fragmaps

Aww thank you so much Dave. Like I've said so many times, I can't do this without people like yourself!

fragmaps

Interesting. Not many of my supporters play Supers. But good to hear you've made it work!

fragmaps

Are you part of our Discord group Charles? If you aren't, you should join so you can discuss with the rest of the group and put your ideas into the Requests channel.

I seem very in the minority here but, I run an urban fantasy campaign in modern day. It is super hard to find maps or any other assets! Most non-forgotten realms-y stuff I find is in space or heavy cyberpunk. What of your maps I can use as plain modern or just a hair in to near future are amazing and what I became a patron for (though I've known it won't be the majority of releases.) If it was possible to get map variations with certain futuristic aspects removed (ex: flying cars, big hologram computers) that would be super amazing!

Anonymous

Hobo Supertramp setting.

Henry Towberman

Sci-Fi, but I would kill for a good space port map and a good onboard space ship. A destroyed spaceship interior, still floating out in space, would be really useful. Same for massive space facilities. Anything off planet, since it is bound to come up at some point in any intergalactic campaign :)

Shadowrun 5E

Marty Ramirez

If it's urgent, make sure you check our Scribbles in Space. He has all the things you're listing.

Anonymous

I'm using your maps in a Champions 4 game that's set in an alternate 1985 ... one where the existence of superheroes caused the new wave, glam, and cyberpunk aesthetics to dominate.

Anonymous

Cyberpunk baby! Can always use more clubs, desert/nomad/badland areas, and combat zone places! Ty for the killer work!

DarknessGlow

Cyberpunk RED. Disparity in economics. Showing a stark contrast and a near dividing line of wealth versus the broken down cargo container homes others need to live in.

J_Rogue

I missed this poll, but I play a lot of Starfinder, but it's VERY dark and runs the gamut from classic dystopian cyberpunkish on any given metropolis to derelict ships and everything in between. I recently had them on a trash planet (think Wall-E with radioactive goblins).

Antic_Eridani

Just joined, so I missed the poll also. But, thought I'd throw my .02 in on what I play; Eclipse Phase Fragged Earth Traveller Munant: Year Zero Starfinder

Anonymous

Hey! I missed this pool as well, but I'm currently running a Fallout d20 campaign and these maps are definitely helping me out =)

Anonymous

Missed the poll as well, and am currently running a post-apocalyptic game in GURPS, similar to Fallout and Mutant Year Zero.
