Hey Everyone! Happy New Year! What an absolutely insane way to close out the year, reaching 100,000 subscribers last week! We want to express our immense gratitude to each of you for your continued support on the channel. You have no idea how much this has changed our lives and we could never put into words how thankful we are to share in your love of movies - to explore actors/directors/genres, read fun facts, and listen to your memories & stories connected to these films!

We are so excited for what the new year has in store, but we wanted to take the time to celebrate the memories we've created here and do our first Q&A on the channel in the coming weeks! Please leave a comment below with any questions that you have for us about the channel, or about us!

On our Q&A video on YouTube, we'll also be hosting a 100K giveaway for one PS5! You'll need to tune into the Q&A to learn how to enter and we'll do the drawing in a live a week or so after the Q&A is published.

Again, we truly can't thank you enough for all of the support and we can't wait to see what films 2023 has in store for us! And a big thank you to our awesome friend, Kelley, for surprising us with the fun balloons!

I was just watching your Tropic Thunder reaction, and wondering if either of you guys ever saw 'Eastbound and Down'? It's a series where Danny McBride plays a washed up baseball player who is such a hilarious asshole. (He was the explosives guy in Tropic Thunder). It's literally one of the funniest shows ever made, and it's pretty short compared to a lot of other shows. You guys definitely need to watch a trailer for it.

Q#2 Has all this cinema, with their stories and characters, changed your perspective of life and the world in any major way? If so, what was most changed?

Miles E Coburn

Haven't gone through the other responses yet, but while I'm thinking about it, you are Dan and Sam, correct? Where does "TBR Schmidt" come from? Company name?

Question # 2 - Has your exposure to older movies (i.e. "Rear Window", "North by Northwest", "Psycho", "It's A Wonderful Life", etc.) changed your viewing tastes? If so, how?

It would be interesting to know each of your 10 favorite movies watched before or outside of your reactions, and likewise your 10 most favorite by reaction. Individually, because there are often distinct differences for any two people, even closely knit couples.

Congrats Fam! Thanks for getting me all the way thru the covid times lmao you guys made it tolerable

Dude you can find so many chicks with fun balloons on the internet for free, don't be thirsty.

Have you guys considered making the polls blind? As in, you can't see any results til the poll closes? I just voted in the most recent ones, and realized that all I ever really do by the time I see the poll, is pick my favorite of the two front runners for my vote to matter. You guys go to the effort to make these great lists, and then they are effectively reduced to a poll between 2 movies within about 20 minutes, in terms of ability to actually win. Just wondering if it might get more interesting results if people had to genuinely pick their choice blind.

I don't typically watch reaction videos but somehow your channel hooked me. Something about your relationship, commentary, and fairly in-depth conversations after the movie is why I keep coming back. You guys are amazing together and it's fun to see someone pick up on the same themes and ideas that I adore these movies for. As for a question, here's one: What's your favorite thing or aspect about running the channel?

Adding on, you seem to be a little guarded about your personal lives but it would be interesting to hear/see what you do for your day-jobs. I think TBR (don't think you've ever mentioned your name? haha!) mentioned having a degree in engineering at some point?

Has constantly analyzing and picking apart films and tv episodes spread to other aspects of your lives? Has it made you more thoughtful or considerate when something you don't initially understand is presented to you?

look at that dog lol what a potato

I have always been curious to know what you guys are sitting on during your reactions. It seems like you're on two stools or something. Surely it must be something more comfortable than that?!
