Sol weather controller 2 upgrade (Patreon)

Hello,

Here is a little upgrade of Sol weather controller 2, to work with the new CSP 0.180p108 (released on 24.12.2022).

RainFX was updated! So wetness and puddles needs to be calculated differently.

Just copy the extension folder inside the zip to your AC root folder!
For this controller upgrade, you need Sol 2.2.5 or Pure 0.148!


This is just a rapid update, so Sol Planner will work with the new CSP version. I will work more on this and do a finetuning with much testing.
