I do share the same love for Elijah, e is magnificent and Daniel Gillies plays him so perfectly, As asll the charcters in the show you cannot think any other actor in that part, the actors and the caracters are so perfectly matched. Damon and Elijah are my favourite characters too, so well written, so charsmatic, so charming. Elijah is the perfect original vampire, royalty, and the most terrifiing, he can take you heart out of your chest with minimum effort, while retaining composure and poise. Fantastic.

2023-02-24 21:34:48 This was one of the episodes I was most looking forward to see your reaction to. It is one of my favourites (maybe even THE favourite ep) of this season. And your reaction didn't disappoint (well, it never does :D ). I was a little worried that the surprise might get spoiled when you see "Daniel Gillies" pop up in the opening credits but thanfully you were totally engrossed in the dialogie between Damon and Stefan :D I was so hyped for my man Elijah to finally show up again and show up he did. Just casually kissing Elena (she was so stunned. I love it! I swear, I will never abandon my Elena/Elijah ship. They are made for each other ). And then there was this whole storyline all about my girl Caroline and Klaus. (Remember when you wished for more Caroline/Klaus interaction in your last reaction video?? Well, you definitely got it ;D ). They too are "otp"! I love how Caroline isn't afraid to speak her mind. She is literally the only one who can speak to Klaus the way she does and lives to see another day. (Elijah is a close second though. Especially in TO). That just shows how much her respects her. Next episode has one of my personal favourite Elijah&Klaus scenes (it is a very small one, but it's def one of my favorites...at least from all of tvd. Not from all of TO obviously...TO has too many great E&K scenes to count). Because it just sums up their dynamic so perfectly. Klaus being all threatening-y with all of his posturing and Elijah not being phased by it one bit, all poised and soft-spoken just casually delivering his verbal death-blow. Elijah definitely knows how to put his little bro in his place without any use of violence. And that's why I love my man Elijah so much. He is all manners and charm and in the next second he just compeltely annihiliates you, still smiling politely :D
