Thanks for the reaction Mega. If it helps, I think 24 has a more interesting concept that will hook you in and also there are no episodic episodes, if that makes sense. Every episode is part of the overarching story. As a concept, it definitely wins. Of course everyone should feel free to say some things about their favourite shows but that's just my own personal opinion. Between 24 and Blacklist, I'm not sure what to recommend. I really enjoyed Blacklist in the start but stoped watching it around Season 5 because I wasn't happy with a plot point that hadn't been resolved. 24 on the other hand is a cool concept. I've seen all the seasons, but it's not a show I rewatch. It has somehow lost its appeal over the years. That being sad, after seeing your first reaction, I think you can have a lot of fun with both.

24 is a show where each season wraps up the plot. So each season starts a new threat with mostly the same cast. You can literally stop after any season you want. The Blacklist is on-going and the way NBC is milking it for all it's worth, you might end up with 10 seasons to react to, while feeling like the show should have ended in 5-6 seasons. I really wished it was given an end date (like Lost) to tell the story. At this point, I'm just waiting for it to end.

There are quite a few plot points that carry on în next seasons. Not really a wrap up in every season. Especially with main characters.

If I'm being honest... I really wish that Leverage is one of the shows you picked up over all the rest because I doubt I will be watching any of the rest of these outside of Rush... which I am so excited for you to continue on with. I just wish it was far longer than just ten episodes. I might re-watch 24 with you if you choose it, in which case... I hope you choose 24 over Blacklist because I really love Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer and some of the show's other cast members too. You might even be surprised by some of the faces who come into this show. While I really like James Spader, I just don't have enough interest in Blacklist to watch it past the first season that I tried watching beforehand and then finally just lost interest in the show. The rest of the show's cast and characters aren't all that interesting to me. However, with all this being said... I am sure you will enjoy whichever show you choose, along with Fringe as well. And I am happy you enjoyed watching each of these Pilots. I'm sure anyone who likes either of these shows will really love re-watching any of these you choose.
