Refer to the post below. I have spend 2 days on trying to solve the issues. So Either to sacrifice the animation and try to make visual looks nice as possible or sacrifice the visual a bit but in return, can see the movement.

Water scenes are the hardest to make animated in rpg maker cuz of the amount of layers of animation to it unless one has experience with water physics and layering or just having an program that can do both which can be hard to find that is compatible with rpg maker, honest with this being your first game I would recommend doing it as a visual to save your self some fusteration and save it for later.

Water wiggle is a cool effect, but the porn comes first. Focus on the animation.

I'd say just leave it as a visual. If you're looking for what keeps the most continuity of the scene, then I think it may be best to just do whatever is best to keep that. (Aside from that, I don't understand the appeal of a foot job anyway.)
