Water problem (Patreon)

The first image have a nice transparency but the problem is.. It's animated and I can't pause it.

I have spend for 2 days on solving to make it seamless transition. Right now, I will throw a poll. Visual Vs Animated.

Pros for Visual

I can try to make the visual really nice as best as I can. 

The cons

But it won't be animated since missing frame is a huge turn off.

As usual, animated can see the movement, 

The cons

The visual for water and smoke can make it not.. that immersive since it will be stationary and that water surface is the only thing I can find that it is stationary.
